If you require a pickup time outside regular hours, please let us know through the comments section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and shall contact you ASAP to either confirm or renegotiate the timing.

Whilst we always do our best to deliver per your booked delivery period, due to factors beyond our control we may sometimes not be able do so. In such cases we will contact you ASAP to reschedule your delivery date and time.
We will deliver to the address given by you when you register with us. Should you at any time wish to change this, you can do so through the "My Account" feature on our website.
If there are any restrictions on deliveries to your area, please let us know when placing your order. Otherwise, a surcharge will apply for repeat delivery.
Also, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address throughout your booked period, as he/she will be required to sign an acknowledgement upon taking delivery. If no one is available, we will try to call you. But if we cannot reach you, we will attempt to contact you again later, to rearrange the delivery – which will again be subject to a surcharge.
